The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has submitted three bills to the Verkhovna Rada aimed at attracting international funding and covering the state budget deficit. The documents concern the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, Ukrzaliznytsia, and the High Qualification Commission of Judges. The government urged lawmakers to support these bills by November 1.
