The partisan group "ATESH" reported on the falsification of results in the so-called elections to the State Duma of the Russian Federation in the occupied territories of Ukraine. According to them, the command of the 291st motorized rifle regiment is using the names of deceased soldiers to fill out ballots, delaying the processing of death documents.
