From the beginning to today
The fifth borscht festival was held in Bobrytsia, Kaniv region, with 30 teams participating from across Ukraine. Participants prepared borscht with various ingredients, including crayfish and snails. The event was organized by the head of the Bobrytsia village council, Olena Stefan.
