In 2026, Ukraine will mark the 35th anniversary of its Independence on August 24, with numerous events planned across the country and abroad. Celebrations will include rallies, concerts, festivals, and other cultural activities, including the 'Chains of Unity' initiative. The possibility of a public holiday is also under discussion due to the ongoing martial law.
