Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiga urged international partners to assist in supplying locomotives due to systematic Russian attacks on railway infrastructure. He stated that over 500 locomotives have been damaged or destroyed since the full-scale invasion, with more than half of them this year.
