The Kyiv District Administrative Court has opened proceedings in cases challenging the decisions of the National Commission for State Regulation in the Spheres of Energy and Public Utilities. The lawsuits were filed by the Public Organization 'RIGHT TO JUSTICE' and the Limited Liability Company 'EURO-RECONSTRUCTION'.
