According to the partisan movement 'ATEŞ', commanders of the 70th Motorised Rifle Division of Russia are selling military fuel to civilians, leading to increased casualties among Russian troops in the Kramatorsk direction. Due to fuel shortages, soldiers are forced to assault positions on foot as vehicles cannot be used.
