On September 18, 2026, the Russian army attacked the Lozivskyi Horse Breeding Plant for the second time, having previously struck on September 14. Established in 1936, the plant is the only one in Ukraine dedicated to breeding thoroughbred horses. The attacks resulted in the destruction of feed for the horses.
