At the beginning of the UN General Assembly in New York, discussions on peace in Ukraine will be initiated by Guterres and Trump. Ukraine will be one of the main topics of the debates, alongside other important issues such as the situation in the Middle East and the risks of artificial intelligence. The General Assembly has commenced general debates, where world leaders will discuss 65 conflicts recorded in 2025.
