An investigation is underway in Rivne regarding an outbreak of acute intestinal infections among students in three educational institutions. Laboratory tests revealed the presence of E. coli and Salmonella Enteritidis in food products and surface swabs.
An outbreak of intestinal infections, including salmonellosis, has been reported in three schools in Rivne. Health officials confirmed 13 cases linked to food prepared at the fifth gymnasium. The highest number of cases was registered at the Rivne Leader-Elite Lyceum.
