Storyline
In September 2026, three residents of Kherson were awarded the title of honourary citizens of the city. Among the recipients were philanthropist Yuriy Rozhkov, director of the Kherson Regional Children's Hospital Inna Kholodnyak, recognised for her work during the occupation, and head of the charity fund Larysa Polska. The awards were presented ahead of the City Day.
