The Dnipro District Court in Kamianske denied a request to change the repayment schedule for a consumer loan, while the Kyiv Court of Appeal ordered Ukrgasbank to restructure a foreign currency mortgage loan. Both decisions relate to loans issued in 2007 and 2008 respectively.
