The European Commission has announced new requirements for Ukrainians seeking temporary protection in the EU. Newly arrived refugees must now prove their right to cross the border and provide additional documents, including an exit stamp and a certified translation. The changes also affect conscripted individuals, including women, who must now present the 'Reserve+' document.
