Yuriy Lobach, head of the Volodymyr district administration, sold a Skoda Superb for one million hryvnias. The car, purchased in 2018 for over 900,000 hryvnias, was previously involved in a case by the National Agency for Corruption Prevention. Lobach explained why the car's value increased after years of use.
