The European Union has launched a written procedure to extend individual sanctions against Russia. The procedure will begin at 19:00 Kyiv time, and if no member state raises objections, the decision will be adopted automatically. France and Slovakia are blocking the extension of sanctions, demanding the lifting of restrictions on Russian oligarchs.
