In 2025 and the first half of 2026, the Kharkiv region purchased cars worth 154 million UAH through the Prozorro system. The region ranked fifth in Ukraine for procurement volume, behind Kyiv, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, and Odesa regions.
