Ukrainian enterprises must update their criticality status by September 1, 2026, to continue employee bookings. Following an audit in the IT sector, there was no mass cancellation of bookings, allowing companies to explore ways to increase their quotas.

Ukrainian enterprises must update their critical status for employee reservations if it was obtained before 2 June 2026. Without confirmation, reservations will only be available until 1 September 2026.
