A 63-year-old Ukrainian man has been arrested in Warsaw for attempting to murder a representative of Ukraine's defence industry. According to investigators, the suspect acted on behalf of Russian intelligence services, having planted an explosive device under the victim's car in Irpin. The arrest was only made public 15 days after the incident.
