Emergency calls in Ukraine: new recommendations from the Ministry of Health

Ukrainian Health Minister Viktor Lyashko announced that ambulances should only respond to life-threatening situations. The Ministry of Health urged Ukrainians not to call for an ambulance in non-emergency cases, stating that dispatcher 103 will assess the patient's condition.
