Ukraine's guarantees for safe navigation in the Black Sea

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced the country's readiness to guarantee safe navigation in the Black Sea, provided that Russia takes real steps towards de-escalation. These statements were made during the sixth summit of the International Crimea Platform.
