Call for an end to the war at the UN Security Council meeting

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha called for an immediate end to the war during a United Nations Security Council meeting, noting that 14 out of 15 members support this initiative, but Russia is blocking it. During his speech, he addressed Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, questioning the situation in Moscow if Russia had planned to capture Kyiv in three days.
