Scheme of extortion in a Kyiv medical institution

In Kyiv, the heads of a medical institution were exposed for demanding money from surgeons for performing operations. Three individuals were detained and charged, with doctors required to pay from one thousand hryvnias for each surgical procedure under the threat of disciplinary action.
