Restoration of the AMCU website and register of tender collusion penalties

On September 24, 2026, the website of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) and the register of penalties for tender collusion were temporarily down. Later that day, the AMCU restored its website, while the communications regulator, the National Commission for the State Regulation of Communications and Informatization (NKEK), is still requesting patience for the restoration of its resources.
