The Ministry of Defence of Ukraine announced the possibility of a simplified return for servicemen who deserted their units until September 20, 2026. Soldiers can choose from over 70 units of the Defence Forces if their desertion was recorded before June 12, 2026. However, the 'Legal Hundred' has approached the Cabinet of Ministers with an analysis of the issues surrounding the return mechanism.
