The Northern Appeal Economic Court has postponed the hearing of an appeal by the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (Moscow Patriarchate) against the National Reserve 'Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra' regarding the termination of a lease agreement. The reserve's director, Maksym Ostapenko, accused the church representatives of abusing the judicial process.
