Ukrainian intelligence reports that Russia is preparing a new wave of mobilisation, aiming to recruit 600,000 troops in 2026-2027. It is expected that 300,000 will be mobilised this year and another 300,000 next year, driven by significant losses in the Russian army and a slowdown in the recruitment of contract soldiers.
