A car belonging to Dmitry Neyelov, the first deputy chief of Olenivka prison, exploded in temporarily occupied Donetsk on the night of August 29. Preliminary reports suggest that an explosive device may have been planted under the vehicle. There is currently no information on Neyelov's condition.
