   Court rules refusal to exit with digital pension ID is unlawful

   A court has ruled that border guards acted unlawfully by refusing a couple's exit from Ukraine using a digital pension ID in the Diia app. The couple was denied passage at the Chop border crossing while en route for medical treatment.
