Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov proposed to shorten the curfew hours in the city, which would allow businesses to operate longer and public transport to run for more hours. The final decision will be made by the Regional Defense Council. The city is also preparing for a challenging heating season.

The curfew in the Kharkiv region will continue as it is, from midnight to 5 AM, according to the head of the regional military administration. This decision has been confirmed by multiple sources.
On September 4, trolleybus No. 12 in Kharkiv will temporarily change its route due to repairs of the contact network. The movement of trolleybuses on 23 Serpnia and Kosmonavtiv streets will be suspended from 10:00 to 14:00.
