Four trains to Kharkiv are delayed due to Russian airstrikes. Trains from Uzhhorod, Lviv, Przemyśl, and Odesa are arriving significantly late. Additionally, strikes have also affected train services from Chernivtsi.
Kharkiv has received two buses from its partner city Turku in Finland. The city council expressed gratitude to the Finnish partners for their support and solidarity during difficult times.
From September 3 to October 3, traffic will be restricted on Derzhavinska Street in Kharkiv due to gas pipeline reconstruction. During this period, buses without sufficient autonomous range will not operate on certain sections.
On September 2, from 10:00 to 14:00, trolleybuses No. 24, 56, and 57 in Kharkiv will suspend operations on Yuvileinyi Avenue and Oleksandr Podolskyi Street due to contact network repairs. Trolleybuses No. 24 and 56 will operate to the 'Turboatom' metro station, while No. 57 will follow the route of trolleybus No. 13.
The 'Peremoha' metro station in Kharkiv will be temporarily closed to passengers on August 30. Train services on the Oleksiivska line will be adjusted, but the station will remain accessible as a shelter during air raid alerts.
Trolleybus routes No. 2 and No. 40 in Kharkiv will change on August 25 and 26 from 10:00 to 15:00 due to contact network repairs. Tram services will also be suspended on August 25 from 9:00 to 20:00 in Saltivskyi Lane and part of Saltivske Highway.
