Court returns 6 hectares of land to the community in Kyiv region
The Commercial Court of Kyiv region upheld a lawsuit from the Kyiv regional prosecutor's office, declaring a purchase agreement for three land plots totaling 6 hectares invalid. The land, linked to the entourage of a sanctioned politician, will be returned to the community for further use.
