The executive committee of Kropyvnytskyi city council decided not to raise the waste collection tariff. The company 'Ekostail' proposed to increase the tariff by 4.55 UAH for residents of apartment buildings and by 4.75 UAH for private sector residents.
From September 2, Kropyvnytskyi begins issuing personalized transport cards for privileged categories of citizens. Cards can be obtained at 30 locations, and specific documents are required for their registration.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces completed a large-scale offensive operation in the Oleksandrivsk direction, liberating 26 settlements. The operation lasted over six months in secrecy and became one of the biggest successes of the Defense Forces since autumn 2022.

In the Kirovohrad region, a campaign for the oral immunization of wild carnivores against rabies is planned for the fall. Nearly 473,000 doses of vaccine will be used over an area of more than 18.9 thousand square kilometers.
Three new bus routes connecting Haivoron with Bandurove, Viknyna, and Kazavchyn began operating on 1 September 2026. Buses will run daily, except on Saturdays.
