Law enforcement agencies in Ternopil uncovered a drug trafficking scheme that produced and sold psychotropic substances through a Telegram store. The operation, conducted jointly by the Security Service of Ukraine and the police, documented the activities of two distribution networks in Ternopil and Dnipropetrovsk regions.
