Bojko Author School has been named the best school in Kharkiv and the region based on the results of the 2026 national multi-subject test. The average score of the school's graduates was 168.36. A total of 6,384 schools from across Ukraine were included in the ranking, with 390 from Kharkiv Oblast.
On September 1, a new underground school opened in the Nemishlianskyi district of Kharkiv, becoming the tenth in the city. The school is designed for 2,700 students from 11 local educational institutions and provides safe conditions for learning amid the threat of shelling.
The Betking Foundation and its founder Pavlo Zhurylo have established a modern computer class in the underground school of Kharkiv Lyceum No. 24 named after I. N. Pitykov. The class is equipped with computers, a multimedia board, and technology for teaching and developing students' digital skills.
