In Chernivtsi, five homeowners' associations installed 12 energy storage and backup power systems. The city program allows for a compensation of up to 80% of the equipment cost, and recently the limit on the maximum compensation amount was removed.
On September 10, gas distribution will be temporarily halted in eight villages of Chernivtsi Oblast due to emergency restoration works. The gas supply will be unavailable from 09:00 to 16:00.
On September 2, Chernivtsi will experience temporary water supply restrictions due to repair works. Water will be unavailable from 09:00 to 23:00 on several streets, and from 10:00 to 17:00 on part of Hohol Street and Independence Avenue.
