Dnipro is starting to update its urban electric transport with support from the European Investment Bank. The city is purchasing 5 new trams and 15 trolleybuses for a total of over 21 million euros.
Russian forces struck the regional passenger train Dnipro-Zaporizhzhia. Passengers were evacuated to a mobile shelter, but contact with one of the conductors has been lost. Rescue operations are ongoing.
