Agrarians in the Chernihiv region received 2.8 billion UAH in loans under the '5-7-9%' program. Since the beginning of 2026, Ukrainian entrepreneurs have attracted 118 billion UAH through this program. The program continues to support the agricultural sector despite the challenges posed by the war.
