   Lithuania's parliament committee supports nuclear weapons deployment

   The Lithuanian Parliament's Committee on Law and Order has backed a proposal to lift the constitutional ban on the deployment of nuclear weapons in the country. This initiative aims to amend Article 137 of the Constitution, which currently prohibits such actions.
