Special permits for residence in border zone with Belarus

As of the end of September, border guards in Volyn have not issued any special permits for residence in the special border regime zone along the border with Belarus. Residents of 19 villages in the Samaryvka community are adapting to new rules requiring documentation for living and working in the one-kilometer zone.
