PACE calls for compensation payments to Ukraine from Russian assets
The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe urged the development of legal mechanisms to use Russian state assets for compensating Ukraine based on European Court of Human Rights decisions. PACE also proposes creating a mechanism under the Council of Europe to transfer these funds to Ukraine.
