Ukraine strengthens traffic violation control and reintroduces 'Phantom' patrols

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine has announced increased penalties for systematic traffic violations and the return of special 'Phantom' patrol vehicles. By the end of August, at least three of these vehicles will be deployed, along with the installation of 600 new automatic violation detection cameras.
