Spain appeals to EU over migration crisis in Ceuta

Spain has requested assistance from the European Border and Coast Guard Agency (Frontex) to manage up to 8,000 migrants remaining in Ceuta following a mass border crossing from Morocco. Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez suggested possible involvement of Russia and Israel in a disinformation campaign that may have triggered the crisis.
