Mikhail Fedorov, the former defence minister of Ukraine, has received a mobilisation exemption from the international charity organisation Eastern Europe Foundation. The exemption was issued on 18 July 2026 and will remain valid until 29 January 2027, as confirmed by the Kyiv city territorial recruitment centre.
