423 educational institutions destroyed in Ukraine since the start of the war

Since the beginning of the full-scale war, 4,650 educational institutions in Ukraine have been damaged by Russian shelling, with 423 completely destroyed. The Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada, Dmytro Lubinets, noted that this has affected children's ability to learn in safe conditions.
