Deforestation continues in Transcarpathia for power line and road construction

Deforestation is ongoing in Transcarpathia under the Vododilnyy Ridge for the construction of power lines and a new forest road. Some of the work is taking place in areas where red-listed plant and animal species are found. The wind farm on Polonyna Runa also requires new infrastructure.
