A Polovtsian stone sculpture, dated to the XI-XIII century, has disappeared from a beach in Kharkiv's Zhuhavlivka area. Archaeologist Alina Kharlamova reported that the sculpture went missing during the reconstruction of the area, which was transferred to municipal ownership. She suggested that someone might have taken it without realizing its value.
