As of September 1, 2026, the portfolio of domestic government bonds (OVDP) owned by individuals exceeded UAH 163 billion, marking the highest figure in history. The Ukrainian government raised over UAH 343 billion from the sale and exchange of OVDP since the beginning of 2026.
