Zelensky submits bill on liability for drop accounts

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has submitted a bill to the Verkhovna Rada that introduces criminal liability for transferring payment cards for fraud. The new regulations could impose fines of up to UAH 170,000, and up to 8 years in prison for purchasing others' cards.
