Railway grain transport in Ukraine decreased in August 2026

In August 2026, Ukraine transported 1.3 million tonnes of grain by rail, a decrease of one-third compared to July. Compared to August 2025, the volumes dropped by 54%. Export grain transport by rail fell by 74% over the year.
