In August 2026, Russia's oil revenues dropped to their lowest level in six months, totaling 326.2 billion rubles. This represents a 22% decrease compared to August 2025 and a 60% decline from July 2026. The drop in revenues is attributed to falling Urals oil prices and increased subsidies to support the domestic fuel market.
